Allow to use different accent with the standard qwerty us layout

Note:press space to insert the character, otherwise its going to wait for a key (ex:’ + space to insert ‘)
1- click on windows
2- setting
3- time and language
4- language
5- in preferred language, click on the language and then option
6- click add a keyboard
7- select us international
